Is there a limit to the number of pages my website can have?

No, there is not. If you run out of space in your top navigational menu you can easily add "sub-pages". As a result there is literally no limit to the number of pages your website can have.

Can I choose the colour of my website?

Yes, this is completely left up to you. All colours can be associated with different feelings and emotions however, and your personal business advisor will be happy to advise you if you require it. The correct colours used in website design can entice or dissuade a browser from becoming a customer. Every aspect of the website can be customised to your liking, including the colours. Just let us know what colours you'd like used.

What will my website address be?

Your web address is commonly “yourbusiness.com” or “yourbusiness.co.uk” For example, if your business is called "South Coast Cleaners" then you could have a web address of southcoastcleaners.com or southcoastcleaners.co.uk. Alternatively, you could have sccleaners.com or .co.uk. It is your choice.

How soon will my website be available?

The length of time it takes us to make your site available depends on the size and structure of site you require. However, our aim is to be finished within 4-8 weeks of the date of first contact us.

Who owns my website and domain name?

If you choose either a pre-paid or repayment website package with us then, you do. The website and your domain name are your property and can be taken with you if you ever choose to move to a different host.

With our pay as you go website package, you are paying for the maintenance and running of the site on a lower monthly rate. The site however remains our property.

How do I update or change things on my website?

Anyone with just the most basic of computer skills will be able to do it through the Content Management System (CMS) that you can access after your website is created. We will provide you with the information and skills required to do this.

Can I update my website on my own?

Yes you can. When you sign up your receive your own Content Management System (CMS) login and password that will give you access to your own CMS where you can update everything on the site, including photos. If you have problems or have any questions, just give us a call or drop us an email, we'll be happy to help you out.

How do I pay for my website?

We'll simply send you an invoice, or you can sign up and pay over the phone. How you pay depends on the type of package that you have opted for with us.

Pre-paid websites -, we break down the initial price you pay into 4 equal sums. The first payment is on instruction to start and the remaining three payments are made at various stages of the website building, The final payment is when the website goes live.

Repayment websites require an initial sum of 30% of the full website cost to be paid on instruction, with the remaining amount divided interest free over the remaining 10 months.

Pay as you go websites have an initial payment of £149.99 and then charged on a monthly rate starting from £19.99 depending on the size and complexity of your site.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Direct Deposits and Cheques. Full details will be included on the Invoice.

Do you offer email addresses?

Email accounts are included as standard. We DON’T charge any extra to host your email accounts.

I currently own my own domain name. Can I use it with your service?

Yes, you can. Call or email us and we'll take care of it for you.

My business does not have a logo. Can you create one for me?logo design

Yes we can. Our enthusiastic graphic design team will work with you to create a logo which defines your business exactly how you perceive it. If you already have a logo which is no longer effective, we will be happy to help with your rebranding. Check out some examples of our recent work.

Will my website appear on Search Engines such as Google?

Yes. Whether you have had your site built by us or someone else, we can get your website ranking for the search terms that your potential customers are using in popular search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is one of the services which we provide. We use Keywords, Content, Link Building and Social Sharing to help get your website ranking in the first 3 of page 1.

Where will my website be hosted?

Your website will be hosted on one of our fast, high-powered UK servers located in Maidenhead with 99% uptime guarantee.

Am I under any type of contract, what if I want to leave?

You are not held into any contract with either the pre-paid or repayment websites. As previously said, these sites are yours and you are free to take them with you once they are paid for, where you want. The pay as you go option however holds a minimum required term/contract. This depends on the style and type of website build.

What do I do if there is a problem with your website?

Our network facility boasts an average uptime of 99.9%. We are available during regular office hours to assist you via email or phone and offer emergency support outside of office hours for major issue via email.

How many products or categories can I have in my shop?

There is no limit. By using the user-friendly admin system you can add as many products and categories as you wish.

Can I accept credit card payments?

Yes, we have a choice of 50 payment gateways including PayPal, world pay and google checkout. Alternatively, we can integrate a payment gateway directly from your bank, allowing your customers to pay via credit card without ever leaving your website. Our payment gateways support both Visa and Mastercard and work with all leading banks.

What type of shipping options are available?

We will help you to assign and set up multiple shipping options and make them available to all or selected zones and post code areas. You can also set up multiple zone / Postcode areas for different shipping rates.

I'm not sure how to run an online shop, can you help me?

Yes, that is what we are here for. Your personal business consultant can talk you through the process step by step in person, over the phone or via email. We will provide ongoing support and instrusction.

You are provided with secure access to a very use-friendly admin system that gives you complete control over your entire online shop.

Can I sell internationally?

Yes, you can choose to allow orders from overseas or restrict orders to just certain regions or countries (e.g. only accept orders from inside EU).

Does it support multiple currencies?

Yes. Your site will be configurable with multiple currencies. The system automatically converts the price to the required currency.

Can I offer my customer coupon codes?

You can offer discount codes and printable coupons to be used with your on-line shop

I want to offer discounts to wholesale customers, can I?

Yes. The online shop system offers a group discount system allowing you to give special prices to certain customers.

What happens when someone places an order in my shop?

When an order is placed with the on-line store, a notification email is automatically sent to all configured admin email accounts. An email is also sent to your customer. All order history is tracked via the admin system which can then be viewed at any point in time by both you and your customers.

Can you add all of my products for me?

Initially we will add a proportion of products for you to get the process started. If you would like us to add the products for you just let us know and we will provide you with a quote based on the quantity of products and length of time necessary to list them all.
