When the plugin you need doesn't exist
Most web work stops at the point where the available plugins run out. That's usually the exact point where a growing business needs something specific — pricing that works a particular way, stock shared between shops, an ordering rule the business has always used and isn't going to change to suit software.
I write that software. WooYoo is my own range of WordPress and WooCommerce plugins and business systems, all of it built for real clients and all of it running on live trading sites today.

EPOS till system
A full point-of-sale till running in shops, sharing stock and pricing with the website in real time and carrying on working when the broadband drops. Card payments through my Worldpay partnership.
Stock & store control
Per-branch stock levels, reorder reports with order quantities, and automatic allocation of web orders to whichever shop can actually fulfil them.
Deals & bundles engine
Mix-and-match multi-buy pricing that applies identically on the website, the mobile app and the shop till — one set of rules, three places.
Bulk product editor
Editing hundreds of products at once — prices, stock, categories and attributes — without a spreadsheet round trip.
Product filtering
Fast faceted filtering and infinite scroll built for large catalogues, without the usual plugin bloat.
Age & ID verification
Age checks, electoral roll lookup and a full audit log, for businesses selling age-restricted products.
Subscriptions & billing
Recurring billing with multiple payment gateway rails, variation pricing and proper renewal handling.
Customer engagement
Abandoned cart recovery, win-back campaigns, review requests and newsletters, sending reliably at volume.

Whole business systems, not just plugins
Some jobs are bigger than a plugin. I've built complete web applications from scratch where nothing on the market fitted:
Garage management software
A full system for vehicle workshops — job sheets, vehicle health checks, parts ordering, invoicing and estimates, MOT and service reminders, customer booking, staff permissions, accounting integration and a customer app with push notifications.
Transfer and tour booking platform
A booking system for a Southampton private hire firm, handling airport and cruise transfers alongside private day tours. It quotes a fixed fare, offers only the vehicles that fit the passengers and luggage, takes card payment through Stripe, raises the invoice as a PDF and puts every job on the right driver's calendar with a full run sheet. Venue and membership management
A multi-tenant SaaS platform for venue and membership organisations, with event management, member portals, a table-plan builder, online payments through Stripe Connect, a page builder and a member mobile app.
Both are live products with paying users. If your business has a process that spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software can't cope with, that's the kind of thing I can build.
